Call Center Facility Maintenance Officer

Qualifications:
- **Bachelor's Degree in any course**:
- **Has 3 years of experience in Call Center industry, with at least 1 year experience in Qatar preferably in Facility Management industry**:
- Strong knowledge of operating CAFM system
- Experience with a wide range of computer programs including Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of technical and non-technical facility services.
- High analytical ability and presentation skills.
- **Proficient in both Arabic and English languages**, verbally and in writing, with the ability to express ideas at all levels and possess high communication skills.
- Can develop strong and professional relationships with users.
- Self-motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
