HR Admin Officer

As an HR Admin Officer at a facility management company, you will oversee HR and administrative operations, ensuring smooth workforce management for 25 technical teams and a call center. You will focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while supporting the coordination of maintenance, cleaning, pest control, and plumbing services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**: Manage hiring processes, conduct interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding for technical and call center staff.
- **Employee Relations**: Address employee concerns, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- **Performance Management**: Develop and oversee evaluation systems for teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and service standards.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Maintain HR records, ensure legal compliance, and manage contracts and renewals.
- **Payroll Support**: Coordinate attendance, leaves, and payroll data for accurate salary processing.
- **Training & Development**: Identify training needs and organize sessions to enhance team skills and service quality.
- **Administrative Oversight**: Support call center operations, monitor scheduling, and ensure efficient coordination with technical teams.
- **HR Strategy**: Assist in implementing policies to drive employee engagement, retention, and efficiency.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Must able to handle languages - Hindi, English
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
