Responsible for all aspects of the pre-commissioning and commissioning to support the successful delivery of the COMP1 scope;
- Responsible as necessary to support the system completion functions for COMP1 during the execution stage;
- Reviews/approves systems completion and commissioning deliverables for inclusion for COMP1 packages;
- Responsible for developing and maintaining processes and interfaces related to overall Systems Completion procedures for COMP1;
- Drives ongoing focus on systems completion deliverables for COMP1;
- Works closely with operations advisors to align on SIMOPs, Brownfield scope and systems completion strategy for COMP1.

**About this role**
- Manage timely delivery of all systems completion’s deliverables (pre-commissioning and commissioning) for COMP1;
- Ensures overall system completions compliance with Projects specifications, procedures, and plans;
- Develop and manage effective systems completion procedures and tools, and commissioning plans for effective and smooth handover to the operating organization;
- Develop the project systems completion philosophy in full coordination with OPCO;
- Work in a project environment to create a culture that encourages everyone to contribute to their best ability every day;
- Coordinates complex internal and external interfaces including the potential for simultaneous operations (SIMOPS);
- Clear and concise communications required with PMT members;
- Leads by example and demonstrates high integrity in all details while sensitive to multi-cultural differences and effective communications with individuals for whom English is second language;
- Interacts effectively with COMPANY Project Teams and Departments to resolve issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility, and an ability to influence without authority.

**What you need to bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate engineering discipline;
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas industries and minimum 5+ years on similar position;
- Experience with Project Execution related environment with broad experience of projects, engineering, and systems completion;
- Experience of dealing with Brownfield Projects and Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS);
- Pipeline and subsea skid experiences;
- Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to collaborate with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds;
- Excellent written and oral English skills;
- Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills;
- Effective communication, influencing and interface skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience of system completion management systems.
