**BUSINESS SUPPORT COORDINATOR**
(To be assign in Croatia Europe)

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Business Support Coordinator to provide essential support to our construction development project in **Croatia.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all activities related to the smooth running of the business and project deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the owner and communicate with them regularly to keep them informed of progress.
- Work collaboratively with all departments within the organization to ensure that project deliverables are achieved.
- Anticipate the needs of the business and the CEO and provide timely and accurate information. - Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Male and Female - **Fluent in Russian (Croatian & English preferable)**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the **Construction Industry.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Will be able to process documents once selected

**Please note charges and fee are applicable**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR9,000.00 - QAR9,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
