About the role

We are recruiting for Training Support Coordinator to be based in Doha, Qatar.

The Training Support Coordinator will support the Flight Operations Training Management as assigned, including but not limited to handling of confidential and sensitive issues requiring a high degree of discretion and follow ups while performing variety of administrative functions related to these offices in order to ensure smooth functioning of the department.

Specific responsibilities for the role include:

- Point of contact between the Management and various departments to organize and execute proper working procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Point of contact between training management and various departments to maintain, raise and close issues pertaining to the training management offices to ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule and organize the file for monthly schedule of Instructor Appraisal meetings and instructor interviews and subsequently ensure the documents are uploaded in PRISM.
- Process and verify crew details in bond document prior to issuance to the pilots and sending the bonds to HR for further processing.
- Prepare and update deck crew summaries and timeline with accuracy for management usage for making critical decisions for pilot movements.
- Coordinate all aspects of duty travel for Managers, Instructors and Deck Crew under training by arranging duty travel tickets, visa, hotel, transport arrangement for deck crew training and arranging roster update through crew control.

**Qualifications**:
About You
- Relevant College or University qualification with minimum of 3 years job-related experience.
- Knowledge of QCAR, QCAR-FCL and Company training requirements.
- Able to work independently and produce training reports.
- Good English language skills, both verbal and written.
