We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly front desk Receptionist to be responsible for welcoming customers, managing telephonic bookings, and verifying customer' payment methods during the service. You should have a pleasant and professional disposition with cusotmers and other staffs.

**Responsibilities for Receptionist**:

- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams;
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees;
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket;
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers;
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold;
- Process customer payment transactions;
- Greet and receive prospects and customers;
- Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments;
- Work cooperatively with the sales, service, and parts team;
- Answer all phone calls promptly and route calls to appropriate parties. Messages will be taken when necessary;
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner;
- Process all financial transactions (cash, checks, or credit) and issue appropriate receipts

**Qualifications for Receptionist**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS machine
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Must have flexible hours.
- Can join Immediately.
- Transferable QID with NOC / Family Sponsorship
- Nationality: Philippines female
- Langauge - English

Pay: QAR2,200.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Reception: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 01/06/2024
