The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the drivers in their day-to-day operations and monitor their performance and provide the required support in improve their performance.
- Monitoring/Tracking of vehicles on Application system
- Ensures the acknowledgment of drivers for any changes in their assigned shifts or vehicles
- Preparing drivers revenue progress reports in a daily basis
- Act as Assisting drivers in resolving their day-to-day Issues such as client abuse, cash deficiency / fair irregularity
- Assisting drivers in case of vehicle breakdown or other issues on road.
- Provide counseling support for the drivers to boost up the low revenue
- Coordinating with internal and external departments for smooth operations
- Arranging drivers’ meetings and counseling sessions with department management
- Preparing the required documents such as accident history, performance, and attitude. etc. for the drivers prior to department management meeting
- Support in delivering the required training sessions for drivers.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly reports.
- Evaluate the current processes and recommend the necessary enhancements to improve the work quality and increase the efficiency.

- The incumbent shall ensure the highest standards are followed to safeguard the sensitive and confidential data of the client.
