About Role:
As a Lead GAVS Agent, you will have to provide handling services for Ad-hoc flights in coordination with all concerned parties according to customer requirements and provides consistent quality service to the customers at all designated area,. You will control and co-ordinate the service delivery for all VIP, AMIRI, Private Jets, PAX Cargo Charters and any other AD-HOC flights at the terminal side including but not limited to Check-in Counters, Boarding, Transfer desk, Immigration, Customs and Meet. You have to assist passengers besides coordinating availability of required porter and loaders upon flight arrival/departure and handling charges are collected whenever required before departure of the flight.

Accountabilities:
The main responsibilities of the role will comprise of:

- Monitoring & controlling the performance of the subordinates and all concerned ensuring effective implementation of service standards pertaining to customer services, operational procedures, within the area of jurisdiction upon arrival or departure of any VVIP, AMIRI, Privet Jets and all other AD-HOC Flights.
- Ensuring that all Qatar AMIRI, VVIP, Privet Jets and all AD-HOC flights are dispatched on time, adhering to ramp safety and security matters.
- Coordinating with QAS Cargo Department in handling of Ad-hoc cargo flights.
- Meeting and assisting VIP Passengers and Arranging required Porters, Loaders and required transportation upon arrival and departures of VIP, AMIRI, Privet jets and any other AD-HOC flights.
- Clearing the Crew and PAX through Immigration, Customs for Arrival & Departure through terminal and also monitoring Crew declaration form and crew lists.
- Monitoring and arranging all required passenger and baggage check in process formalities in coordination with passenger services department.
- Ensuring coach is available near the boarding gate for the arriving/departing passengers and crew.
- Ensuring all handling services are provided and revenue maximised.
- Controlling the performance of the subordinates through constant monitoring and briefing the staff on flight-wise and shift-wise basis. B
- Employing trouble-shooting techniques in the areas of jurisdiction by identifying the problem, seeking alternatives and deciding on the correct option to minimize/eliminate flight delays, passenger inconvenience and maintaining the safety/safety requirements.

Qualifications

About You:
- High School Qualification with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience- Working knowledge of the various Departure Control Systems.- Familiar with SITA and Radio Telephony procedures and all other communication aids- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Preferably Arabic speaker- Basic supervisory skills.- Preferable, Minimum 1-year direct experience as Privet Jets, VVIP, AD-HOC coordinator or Aircraft Dispatcher and 2 years’ experience in an Airline or Ground Handling operations environment, frontline passenger handling
