Position : HR Supervisor (Male / Arabic)

Contract : 12 months (renewable)

Job Responsibilities:

- Overall in-charge of payroll disbursement including but not limited to employees’ overtime, salary amendments, creating new employees, employee entitlements ie: tickets, bonuses, loans and other allowances in the system as per HR policies & procedures.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and fair manner to maintain positive relationships between employees and management.
- Support HR Manager with updating and maintaining the HR policies and procedures, company organizational chart and all job descriptions within the company ensuring compliance with company procedures and local governmental regulations.
- Support HR Manager with developing and implementing performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development and progression
- Provide support in recruitment process from searching CVs through agencies and Company database, arranging interviews, participating in first level interviews for junior profiles and communicating with applicants about requirements as per the HR policies & procedures.
- Support the implementation of HC strategies, initiatives, and projects aligned with the organization's goals and objectives to drive organizational success and performance.
- Overall in-charge of the on boarding of new comers ensuring the employee access and accounts are created in the system with close coordination with other concerned departments to ensure all requirements are organized.
- Overall, in charge of the employee exit process ensuring the necessary documentation, clearances and final settlement are in place as per the Company HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in executing other HR activities and projects such as but not limited to HR surveys, annual performance reviews and upgrades in the HR tools and ERP system.
- Provide administrative support for employee requests such as but not limited to employment certificates, salary certificates, no objection certificates, embassy letters.
- Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities contributing to closing of actions and providing support in management meeting agenda, HR presentations and board slides.
- Attend meetings held by the Ministry of Labour or other government authorities.
- Prepare the monthly HR reporting for management and other legal authorities such as Pension Authority, Ministry of Labour etc.
- Liaise with Site Administrators in Company operations sites and facilitate all employee related requests.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal HR policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the overall strategic goals of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent years’ experience in HR & Administration
- Possess experience in accordance with relevant HR competency frameworks.
- Understanding of the main functions and objectives of an industrial organization
- 6 + years of experience of which 3 + years are in supervisory roles.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent organization skills, capable to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels
- Good knowledge of MS suite of products, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Very good negotiation, influencing
- Ability to drive change
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure.
