Housing Coordinator

Summary
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Technician is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Housing in support of all other operating maintenance.
The Housing Coordinator will be responsible for building maintenance, inventory management, and facilitating the smooth onboarding of new colleagues by allocating rooms and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Building Maintenance:
Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance activities to ensure the upkeep and safety of employee accommodations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed to resolve maintenance issues effectively.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of housing inventory, including furniture, appliances, and supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as necessary to meet housing needs.
Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of housing facilities and identify areas for improvement.
Welcoming New Colleagues:
Greet and welcome new colleagues upon their arrival at the accommodations.
Assist with the room allocation process, ensuring that new colleagues are assigned suitable accommodations based on their needs and preferences.
Provide orientation and information to new colleagues regarding housing facilities, amenities, and guidelines.
Administrative Support:
Maintain documentation related to housing assignments, maintenance activities, and inventory records.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, updating databases, and responding to inquiries from colleagues.
**Qualifications**:
Qualification in AC PPM/General Technicals and/or Building Management desirable / - Minimum 2 years work experience as Technician/AC repair or General Maintenance in a hotel or 2 years in a similar building/complex.
