**1. Market Research and Analysis**:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor F&B offerings accordingly.

**2. Business Strategy**:
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the F&B business.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for growth.

**3. Sales and Client Acquisition**:
Proactively identify and pursue sales leads, converting them into profitable business relationships.

Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with potential clients.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.

**4. Relationship Management**:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

**5. Networking and Industry Engagement**:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and expand the network.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

**6. Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
Identify and research potential clients in the B2B market.

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

**7. Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.

Understand clients' business needs and challenges to position our products or services effectively.

**8. Sales Presentations and Proposals**:
Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products or services.

Prepare and present customized proposals that address clients' specific requirements and demonstrate the benefits of choosing our solutions.

**9. Sales Negotiation**:
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.

Handle objections effectively and overcome challenges in the sales process.

**10. Sales Pipeline Management**:
Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities.

Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

**11. Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to enhance products or services

**12. Reporting and Analysis**:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.

Analyze data to make informed decisions and continuously improve business strategies.
