**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement SHEQ training programs for employees, focusing on heavy lifting operations.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate staff on SHEQ policies and procedures.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SHEQ regulations and best practices in the heavy lifting sector.
- Collaborate with management to promote a safety-conscious culture within the organization.
- Prepare training materials and documentation to support training initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with SHEQ standards and conduct audits as required.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain training records and documentation in accordance with company policies.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
