Bar Attendant

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School Diploma is required
- 2 years of experience required from 5 star hotel, airport lounges, cruise ship
- Must have necessary bartending trainings and has good knowledge of wines, champagnes, cocktails and other beverages.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
- Knowledge of current Food and Beverage regulations.
- Able to perform duties under pressure whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service standards.
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and promote positive team working environment
- Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
- Presentable and must have good grooming skills

**Task Description**:

- Ensure attention to detail and focus on providing excellent services to all customers within respective Lounges.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Supervisor and carry duties in his absence by maintaining service levels.
- Provides Food & Beverage service to all customers within respective Lounges or as directed by the Food and Beverage Supervisor.
- Undertake general or special duties as requested by the Food and Beverage Supervisor / Lounge Manager.
- Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, stores and other areas of operation to ensure seamless integration of duties and functions.
- Follow hygienic food and beverage management procedures.
- Attends and be actively involved in daily team briefings, ensuring that all rules, regulations and procedures are followed.
- Communicates with all external parties to work cooperatively in processing all customer requirements.
- Contributes exceptional standard of product knowledge to promote Premium Services and Qatar Airways products, assist with a diverse range of customer enquiries.
