**الوصف**:
**الأهداف الوظيفية**:
- المساهمة في جميع عمليات المشتريات المختلفة ومتابعه تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المتبعة، وتنظيم وحفظ وإمساك السجلات ونماذج المشتريات وإدخال البيانات واستلام أوامر الشراء من الجهات الطالبة والموردين وتنفيذه ومتابعتها في كل مراحلها، واستلام الفواتير.
- تنظيم وحفظ السجلات ونماذج المشتريات وإدخال البيانات واستلام أوامر الشراء مع الجهات الطالبة والموردين ومتابعتها في كل مراحلها، ومساعدة رئيس قسم المشتريات والموردين والتعاون مع مسؤوليه المباشرين.
**المسؤوليات الرئيسية**:
- استلام طلبات الشراء من الجهات الطالبة ومتابعتها.
- تنفيذ عملية استدراج العروض من خلال التواصل مع الموردين.
- تنفيذ جميع المهام المطلوبة منه في حدود العمل بإدارة المشتريات.
- تنفيذ جميع العقود الإطارية ومتابعتها وبحسب الصلاحيات.
- تأمين التعامل مع أفضل الموردين بما فيه مصلحة المعهد.
- المشاركة في المشاريع أو الخدمات والمرافق التي تخص تطوير البنية التحتية للمعهد.
- تقديم اقتراحات عن للتحديات التي يواجهها القسم
- التأكد من استلام المواد التي يتم توريدها مع الجهات الطالبة في ذات الزمان وبنفس الجودة وبذات الكميات المتفق عليها.
- القيام بأي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل مدير الإدارة أو الرئيس المباشر.
- حفظ واستدعاء المستندات والوثائق.
- أعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية عن الأعمال المنوطة به.
**المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات**:
**المؤهل التعليمي**:
بكالوريوس في الإدارة العامة أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصصات ذات صله بالمشتريات أو ما يعادله
**الخبرات**:
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في مجال ذي صلة وفي مؤسسات وشركات رائدة وقيادية وذات سمعة طيبة.
**المهارات**:
- مهارات استخدام الحاسب الآلي والبرامج الخاصة بالعمل.
- القدرة على إنجاز أكثر من عمل في وقت واحد بدون ضيق أو ارتباك.
- مهارات التنظيم وإدارة الوقت
- مهارات الاتصال والتواصل خاصه مع الموردين والجهات الطالبة.
- الانتباه والتركيز في العمل.
- الهدوء وحسن التصرف والحكمة.
- حسن الاستماع والفهم والإدراك.
- القدرة على مواجه المواقف الصعبة والحرجة بحكمه**.**
