Procurement Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Duration : 6 Months

Location : Lusail
Working Hours: Days 10 hours,6 days a week

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in procurement coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in document control and management practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - Word etc.. ) and procurement software.
- Coordinate and maintain strong business relationship with vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement processes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive document control system for procurement-related documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Analyze market trends and vendor performance to optimize procurement strategies.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and documentation to management.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new procurement team members.
