**Spa Operations Manager duties and responsibilities**
- Handle baladiya and all governmental requirements for the therapists including renewal dates of certification
- Agreeing and implementing actions to make improvements to customer service.
- Positively dealing with and learning from customer complaints and comments.
- Ensure all equipment and system faults are promptly reported and repaired
- Assist with the marketing strategy for the service of the spa facilities in the local market.
- Ensure that all facilities within the branch operate efficiently to achieve the highest possible revenues and profit.
- Oversee and carry out retail, customer service & receptionist related training to diva lounge spa standard including but not limited to:

- Following up with all spa therapists to ensure that treatments are being delivered to a consistent standard as stated in the spa training manual.
- Grow retail sales and increase sales conversions at the retail gallery and with the therapists
- Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
- Regular inventory check and reorder supplies related to all branches
- Prepare monthly usage reports back barring wastage report.
- Develop new treatments with ROI reports
- Treatment costs and monthly costing’s
- Regular branch Audits
- Identify training and recruitment needs
- Assist for interviews and onboarding plan
- Identify maintenance needs and ensure completion
- Act in accordance with all policies, personnel policies, spa policies and procedures including all health and sanitary regulations in line with Covid 19 standards
- Provide optimum service through staff training, coaching, feedback and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor products and accessories used in the spa to ensure all budgets are achieved and adhered to.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the Senior Spa Operations Manager
