Role Description

These positions span across Group Corporate Branches.

**Definition of shifts**:Working on different timings on a weekly basis.

For Example:

- Week 1 morning shift
- Week 2 evening shift
- In addition to working 6 days a week due to work requirement

The specific shift nature will be explained fully to you during the interview.

**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- High School Certificate or higher.

Awareness of branch practices and regulations.

**Skills**:**Required Special Skills**:

- Highly customer-oriented.
- Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Analytical and problem solving skills coupled with decision making ability.
- Working knowledge of banking products and marketing.
- Understands the relevant laws, regulations and practices pertaining to retail banking products.
- Ability to work in teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
