We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Care Manager to join our team, who will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead and Manage the Customer Care Team**: Directly supervise and enhance the performance of the customer care team, ensuring they provide exceptional service at all times.
- **Strategic Sales Planning**: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Experience in Automation**: Utilize automation tools to improve sales processes and customer service efficiency, reducing manual tasks and optimizing team productivity.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**: Employ expert techniques in lead generation and conversion strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- **Lead Nurturing**: Implement effective lead nurturing practices to maintain engagement with potential customers and gently guide them through the sales funnel.
- **Customer Complaints Management**: Handle customer complaints with tact and professionalism, resolving issues promptly to maintain trust and customer loyalty.
- **Process Management**: Design and manage efficient processes for customer service operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in leading a customer care team in a sales-oriented environment.
- Strong background in planning and executing sales strategies, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional skills in lead generation, conversion, and nurturing.
- Experience in managing customer complaints and implementing efficient customer service processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
