You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, follow food safety and hygiene standards, and work efficiently as part of a team.**
*** Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and cooking of all dishes in the brasserie**

- **Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to the menu and company standards**

***
- **Follow food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment**

***
- **Help with stock control and ordering to ensure ingredients are always available**

***
- **Assist in training and supervising junior members of the kitchen team**

***
- **Work closely with other departments, such as the restaurant team, to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction**

***
- **Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations**

***
- **Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company and its values to guests and colleagues**

*** Qualifications**:
***
- **Minimum of 2 years experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a similar setting**

***
- **Culinary degree or equivalent training and experience**

***
- **Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment**

***
- **Excellent communication and teamwork skills**

***
- **Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment**

***
- **Flexibility to work long hours and shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays**

***
- **Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)**
