We are now looking for passionate Service centre Coordinator who would be directly responsible for our workshop job execution with quality and pace. This position of Service Center Coordinator reports to Service Centre Team manager at Jubail.

Roles and Responsibility
- Support and input quotes from service centre for complex / non-standard quotations
- Received/update/monitor the workflow package in ALSO as per the scope of work mentioned in IO & hand it over to Service centre team leader, Monitor Service Agreements closely with service sales
- Submitting the invoicing docs along with technical reports, PTC, delivery note on time.
- Plan sub-supplier jobs and monitor supply deviations impacting the work schedule.
- Planning and creation of daily & weekly work schedules.
- Establish regular utilization / forecast meeting with sales for upcoming jobs
- Daily management, alignment, and communication of service centre work schedule with workshop Team Manager, Team, and sales organization.
- Updating the IB, GSO, Resource advisor, SC job log, sending the Value-add hours to OH
- Ensure that jobs are executed according to importance in close cooperation with Team
Manager.
- Safeguard completeness and quality of work order documentation, incl service reports, KPI, preparing the TS, job summary.
- Updating the customers daily of the job status.
- Ensure timely bookings of hours against the jobs and job transfer when job is finalized.
- In some cases, responsible for key activities within warehouse, logistic and shipping for the Service Centre.
- Report the technical findings on the different inspection along the job and establish reports.
- Ensure safety first culture attitude
- Assist the PRO to fill the IVC forms, SES forms, other supporting documents for the invoice, as required by customer
- Able to go extra mile in fulfilling our customers’ requirements for on time execution of jobs & willing to work extended hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering /Industrial Engineering
- Agile and positive mindset when it comes to challenges
