Supervise the IT Department on a daily basis
- Understand, fully, the legal requirements on IT governance and security
- Handle, efficiently and completely, IT issues that arise
- Responsible to define and make program modifications in coordination with vendor and business as required.
- Perform accurate and timely user account administration and interfacing with business units to minimize access related security risks
- Conduct regular system audits and inspections to ensure optimal functionality and identify potential vulnerabilities
- Monitor system logs and analyze data for patterns or anomalies indicating security breaches or threats
- Coordinate with system vendors; Provide training and support to users of vendor platforms
- Identify current and future system needs and provide solutions for the identified needs
- Provide technical oversight in order to assure proper completion of the laboratory workload
- Develops and recommends new policies and procedures regarding the installation and use of the laboratory information system (LIS)
- Implements and maintains coding and mapping for the laboratory test ordering, reporting, billing and workload recording taking into account compliance principles
- Analyzes emerging trends, software, and technology and adopts appropriate methods
- Establish/modify policies and procedural documents associated with PACS/EMR implementation as they relate to radiology
- Perform daily system checks to ensure that all radiology studies are completed and finalized with a physician’s dictationOutstanding items should be report to the department head or radiology manager for resolution.
- Manage radiologist workflow, including the dictation system
- Navigate different modality equipment to set up and/or troubleshoot query and receive configurations

Minimum five (5) years in project management - Health care Sector

Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or user-specific area

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
