**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Opening new markets according to the work plan approved by his management and directives of his direct manager.
- Registration in the list of suppliers with the target authorities that he is assigned to.
- Dealing with offers and tenders within the scope of his work according to the principle of "from the opportunity to the completion of the deal."
- Commitment to the department's action plan and the distribution of its needs on the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual levels with clear action plans and performance indicators that can be measured and followed up on an ongoing basis.
- Achieving the marketing and selling target on the qualitative and volume levels as well as Value & Volume.
- Direct sales to customers according to the company's mechanism and according to B2B systems.
- Continuous planning to maintain existing customers and win their loyalty, and support the company, its services, and products.
- Continuous follow-up of the level of customer satisfaction by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting to the direct manager about it.
- Building a continuous communication plan with current and target customers throughout the entire working hours and days.
- Monitoring the competitive situation in the target markets and submitting continuous reports thereon to the direct manager.
- Reporting to the senior manager about the opportunities and prospects for the development of services, products and fields offered and operated by the company.
- Participate in building professional presentations about the company and its services and products and constantly developing them.
- Close follow-up of submitted offers and tenders and submit reports thereon to the Senior Manager.
- View the company's customer guide and customer relationship management systems adopted by the company CRM.
- Using the company's means and tools only for professional communication with clients.
- Responsibility for achieving the marketing and sales targets approved by his direct management.
- Responsibility for participating in maximizing the spirit of innovation and creativity in the work environment.
- Responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction and appropriate representation of the company to them.
- Responsibility for maintaining the company's existing customers and constantly attracting new customers.
- Responsibility for achieving the marketing and sales equation (the number of public opportunities that lead to the number of interested people, then leads to the number of offers in negotiation, and then leads to the number of deals already signed to achieve the target)

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
