IT Sales Engineer

EZELINK Qatar is looking for a skilled **IT Sales Engineer** to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts by delivering expert technical advice and offering customized IT solutions that meet client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Client Acquisition**:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow EZELINK’s presence in Qatar.
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
**Technical Expertise**:
- Assess customer needs to design and propose tailored IT and Wi-Fi solutions.
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
**Proposal Development**:
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, including cost estimates, RFPs, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with client requirements.
**Customer Support and Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay informed about Qatar’s IT market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
- Share insights to refine EZELINK’s sales and marketing strategies.
**Business Requirements**
- Should be from Wireless/WiFi/Telecom background with substantial experience in the Enterprise WiFi domain.
- Should have an end to end understanding of the WiFi Networking Solution but not limited to Access Points, Wireless LAN Controllers, HSIA Bandwidth Management Gateways, Load Balancers, Switches, and Routers is highly preferred.
- Should have active contacts and networking with customers directly.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT Sales, Business Development or Technical Pre-Sales experience.
- Qatar Driving License is a must.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
