**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead performance management and training initiatives
- Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Implement HR analytics and reporting for decision-making
- **HR Administration**:

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
- Prepare and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
- **Training and Development**:

- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee development programs.

**Requirements**:

- 5-6 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
