Human Resource Manager

Ø Manage includes conducting interviews, job posting and employee offers.
Ø Keep in touch recruitment agencies, local organizations, educational institutions and etc.
Ø Guide managers and other employees in matter related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management. The manager may need to conduct seminars, arrange meetings and provide the employee with suitable training.
Ø Deal with the top management along with the staff and other employees of the company; he acts as a bridge between these sections in order to facilitate smooth functioning of the operation of the company.
Ø The collection of HR metrics, analysis of data, properly collating, reporting the data and finally identification of trends is also one of the responsibility of the human resource manager.
Ø Conducts orientation programs for employee motivation in order to direct them towards the organizational goals.
Ø Planning, supervising and coordinating the activities related to employment, labor relations and compensation to employee relations.
Ø Designing and organizing employee training programs for safety issues, language training and health, etc.
Ø Investigation and reporting of the industrial accidents if any that take place in the company.
Ø Conducting exit interviews during employee termination and resignation.
Ø Determine the reasons or causes behind personnel problems and analyze the statistical data and generate reports. From the reports he can provide recommendations to improve company policies.
Ø Designing, developing and administering special projects like equity, employee awards, day care and etc.
Ø Write and update policies and procedures
Ø Train and conduct follow-up reviews on policies implemented
Ø To ensure that all policies are communicated to employees
Ø Company hand book and contracts
Ø Provide advice to all levels of staff and management regarding information contained within the handbook and ensure policy is followed
Ø To be pro-active in identifying potential policy changes and communicating these and recommending action. Take an active role in people policy consultant
Ø Ensure that all policy and statements are communicated to employees and consultation given on any changes made to handbook and contracts
Ø To ensure appraisals forms are up to date and are relevant to the positions available
Ø Ensure appraisals are carried out and that development solutions are in place to meet training needs
Ø To ensure managers are trained sufficiently to conduct appraisals
Ø Have the ability to capture feedback and create reports in aiding the company to improve on its systems and care
Ø Conduct personnel file audits and ensure that legislative compliance is met
Ø To conduct training on inductions and starting procedures
Ø Assist and maintain staff and managers files
Ø Ensure all employment details are correct and are administered correctly into the company
Ø Employee accommodation direct contact.
Ø Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
Ø Updating both manual and electronic personnel records when an employee’s personal details change.
Ø Involved in the performance review of staff and finalizing paperwork for when a member of staff leaves employment.
**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
