Key Accountabilities:
Role Purpose
Management of membership plan throughout the section. Collecting data and internal communication.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Managing all tasks related to memberships. Managing the guest lists for all sponsors and partners. Collect information and data, ensuring programs are effectively communicated internally and externally. Managing and maintaining department databases. Data collection, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting. Maintains a high level of quality and accuracy for all operations and reports.

- Highly organized.
- Can work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Accepts responsibility and is self-motivated.
- Ability to tackle problems creatively.
- Flexible and cooperative.
- Represents the section/department/organization as appropriate within the organization, locally and internationally.
- Positive and communicative attitude in order to establish effective working relations.
Education, Experience, and certification requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Art History, Project Management or Social Sciences).
- Proven experience in operations and logistics management, planning and developing work related strategies.
