**Place Vendome** is seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team in the role of **Paralegal cum Executive Assistant**. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting both legal and administrative functions.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Legal Support**:

- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information to assist attorneys in case preparation.
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses.

**2.** **Administrative Support**:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for the Head of Legal.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare and review expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Assist with general office tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

**3.** **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments, ensuring effective communication.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos and announcements.
- Attend meetings and take minutes, summarizing key discussions and action items.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and clients, promoting a professional and welcoming environment.

**4.** **Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and research techniques.
- Proficient in using legal research tools and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in **Arabic** and English.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
