**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Administration_
- Renewal of company contracts, certificates, licenses in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to Directors & Managers of the company
- Organize all documentation physically and electronically in an efficient manner
- Support the team during government audit processes
- Work closely with Finance Manager and HR Manager to ensure both functions are supported where required.
- Procurement Responsibilities: _
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases, while strictly and accurately following the procurement policies as appropriate from time-to-time
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain updated list of contacts of third-party vendors, suppliers, institutional customers
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Support the Operations/Facilities team and other Office team members.
- Miscellaneous: _
- Oversee IT environment of office and liaise with external IT service provider as required
- Manage petty cash balance effectively and accurately
- Perform other duties and be involved in projects and activities that contribute to the achievement of OliOli® objectives
- Attending incoming phone calls and answering queries from guests in an efficient manner

- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant experience in Qatar
