**Job Title: ERP Snr Functional Consultant/Project Lead**

**Location: Remote**

**Duration: long term**

**POSITION**: ERP Snr Functional Consultant/Project Lead

This individual will participate in the delivery of the ERP solutions for Vistas Global and Alutec, during this timeframe the individual will work with the internal (Business Process Owners) and external stakeholders (Infor Implementation Partner) to complete the ERP implementation project according to defined scope, on time and budget.

**Position Accountabilities**
- Working with decision-makers and end users, gather requirements and recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality
- Conducting a functional assessment within the manufacturing/distribution/planning areas
- Configure and test ERP to perform specific functionality to satisfy business requirements.
- Assist with full site implementations and upgrades, which include pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules and governance procedures, and post implementation support.
- Troubleshoot ERP anomalies and process issues.
- Maintain documentation relative to ERP implementation/upgrade.
- Interact with business users for training, problem solving and automation of business processes.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve current processes and procedures within the org.
- Liaising between internal and external stakeholders to keep ERP implementation project in scope and on time.
- Meeting project deadlines and budgets
- Provide support and ERP configuration requirements into the future for the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Strong functional knowledge in your area of expertise
- Demonstrated experience with the creation of Functional Specifications, creation & execution of test cases.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field required. Equivalent experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or Factory Supervision considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
