Legal Coordinator

About the role
Responsible for coordinating contracts to ensure all contracts received are cost effective. Requires a high degree of discretion and promotes corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact in performing assigned tasks.
Accountabilities
- Assist in general office duties, achieving timely and proper distribution of mails/documents as directed to ensure smooth day to day functioning of Group Legal office.
- Responsible for a professional stakeholder support to ensure the smooth flow of information within the Team: resolving any minor infringements arising from existing contracts, answers mails in relation to contract processing and determine if management action is required.
- Takes and transcribes dictation, drafts letters and internal memos independently, process, handle, and maintain all types of sensitive information.
- Provides support in the review and formatting of contracts to cater to administrative needs in line with the document style guidelines and work instructions.
- Ensure accuracy of Q-CAS and the end to end processes are completed as per the objectives set by the management.
- Coordinates the supporting documentation for the processing of contracts in compliance with company policy and procedures and record all contracts received, under process and finalized. Gather all information required by the Department to be able to administer contracts forms and templates.
- Provide contracts report in preparation for team meetings and special projects as assigned by the Line Manager. Provide regular updates to Group Legal upon receipt of contract status, and confirmation of executed contracts in order to track the target opening date of the project and escalate agreement issues to avoid delays.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
Qualifications

You will possess:
Without a Degree:
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
OR with a Degree:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
- Work Experience in an Office environment.
- Experience in a multinational environment preferably in an airline/travel/hotel chain.
- Strong communications skills (fluent in English language (verbal/writing)).
- Computer Literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Oracle.
- Ability to manage office workflow.
- Time Management.
- Line manager calendar organizing
- Good knowledge of company policies pertaining to Contracts and Agreements.
