**Job Overview**:
The Arabic Legal Secretary will provide essential administrative support to the legal team, primarily assisting with tasks related to Arabic legal documentation, correspondence, and communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of legal terminology, and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and translate legal documents from Arabic to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal terminology.
- Assist lawyers with preparing legal contracts, briefs, and other documents.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments for lawyers.
- Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents and case files, both physical and digital.
- Conduct basic legal research as directed by attorneys.
- Attending meetings and take notes, prepare minutes and summarizing discussions in Arabic.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and office policies.
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders, managing communication and updates on case progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal matters.
- Assist in the preparation of legal presentations and reports as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed by the legal team.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Fluent in Arabic and English** (written and spoken), with strong proficiency in legal terminology in both languages.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in law, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a **Legal Secretary** or in a similar administrative support role, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of **legal procedures** and document preparation.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, legal software, and document management systems).
- Excellent **organizational and time management skills**.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of **Qatari** or **Middle Eastern** legal systems is a plus.
