Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Adhere to Food Safety according to Qatar rules and regulations
- Must Know about Financial reporting, monthly and daily closing, stock management reporting, P&L and other financial reporting procedures
- Locally Available
- Immediate hiring with NOC and transferrable Visas
Executive Chef Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
- Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
- Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Recruit and manage kitchen staff
- Rectify arising problems or complaints
- Give prepared plates the “final touch”
- Perform administrative duties
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Keep time and payroll records
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Monthly closing, recipes costing, Spec charts and Following Standard operating Procedures.
- 6-7 years' experience in Fine dine restaurants in Continental and Mediterranean restaurants,
- NOC with transferrable Visa
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
