**Role Overview**

The Administrative Affairs Assistant Specialist is responsible for supporting daily office operations and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow. This role involves handling various administrative, logístical, and financial tasks and requires coordination with internal departments and external entities, such as banks and government offices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Bank and Institutional Relations**: Manage and liaise with bank-related and other relevant institutional matters.
- **Invoice Management**: Process and monitor office-related invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring proper upkeep and readiness.
- **Office Cleaning Coordination**: Manage office cleaning schedules and activities, coordinating with third-party service providers.
- **Supply Monitoring**: Track and maintain essential office supplies, such as tea and coffee, to ensure adequate stock levels.
- **Document Delivery**: Handle the secure and timely delivery of documents to the bank and other institutions as needed.
- **Government Approval Tracking**: Track and manage documentation for ministry and other regulatory approvals.

**Required Experience**
- **Experience Level**: 2 to 4 years in a relevant administrative or office support role.
