**Job Summary and Purpose**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Preparing temporary paper passes, card gate passes and supplementary cards for employees, clients, sub-contractors and visitors.
- Encoding the data in the BCFD and updating in the system.
- Responsible in maintaining and monitoring employees, clients, sub-contractors, and visitor gate passes.
- Informing responsible Section/Departments about the gate passes validity.
- Assisting in issuance of gate passes to the respective personnel / HRFD/ Visitors.
- Maintaining gate pass section internal database.
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

**Qualifications**:
High school graduate.

**Experience**:

- At least 1-year experience in clerical work.
- Ability to read, write and speak English language. Ability to communicate in Arabic is an advantage.
