**Overview of the role**:
Responsible to manage assigned Facilities Management projects within Al Futtaim Engineering Qatar. Lead the Business and ensure the delivery of projects that related to overall maintenance of the HVAC, Mechanical, Building, & Electrical functions. Strategic focus will be on Business Development, Facilities Management - Operations & Maintenance. Requires proven track record of excellence in Facilities Management Companies, Business Development and strategic transformation. Leading Team and building/enhancing presence in the high growth region of the Middle East. Outstanding P&L Management track record is essential.

**What you will do**:

- Management of FM Contract, Functions, Vendors and Suppliers
- Maintain and update management budget, equipment and materials
- Oversee Operational execution according to the Contract Documents.
- Take ownership and be responsible for P&L, achieving financial targets.
- Work closely with the Retail Development Team to secure casual / MEP jobs.
- Ensure training, management and guidance to employees in accordance with contract and meeting quality standards.
- Conduct periodic assessment on system optimization and project implementation and building utility support to ensure smooth and safe operations. Support in implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) related activities and programs
- Must possess good sense of Business Development, Mall penetration, lead generation, credentials pitch, evaluation, account management, follow up, develop proposals, negotiation, and closing agreements.
- Actively involve and coordinate with all stakeholders ensuring statutory requirements and their fulfilment specifically for QCDD, Kahrama & MACE Consultant
- Operation & Maintenance Tracking and Reporting Defining SLAs for the business.

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience Integrated Facility Management Business
- 5+ years in Leadership/ Managerial role.
