With our continuous growth, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exclusive and exciting opportunity to join our **Cargo Automation Team** in **Doha **as a **Lead System Implementation Officer.**

The role will be responsible for the completion of project management and implementation of cargo system related features and enhancements as re per the business requirements of internal and external stakeholders.

Some of the tasks include:

- Create project plans with timelines based on target date set by the user departments and take lead in project implementation and transition plan with the business.
- Ensure change management is followed based on project scope and implementations.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for all new project implementation.
- Prepare the user acceptance test plans, test data and test cases and ensure all the scenarios are working as expected.
- Prepare a checklist to validate the process within the business
- Coordinate on regular team briefs for new updates and project implementations
- Provide relevant input during the preparation of IT budget for Capex and Opex project
- Evaluate the high
- risk issues and concerns and escalate it to the project heads

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with IT related projects
- Project Management certification with experience in transition and implementation of systems
- Good knowledge of air cargo operational and commercial aspects is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, strategic planning and problem
- solving skills
- Ability to foster a culture of data
- driven decision making
- Strong command of the English language
- Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
