With our continuous growth, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exclusive and exciting opportunity to join our **Cargo Automation Team** in **Doha **as a **Lead Cargo System Automation Officer.**

The role will be responsible to handle the overall cargo automation system across the QR network and will coordinate with IT department on IT/ Automation related issues to ensure cargo department gets uninterrupted service 24 hours a day.

Some of the tasks include:

- Ensure all reported system issues are fixed and all modules are working according to expectation.
- Record all system performance issues thru JIRA (IT tool) and take suitable corrective action or improvement
- Ensure new stations system readiness for go
- live thru active participation in the New
- Station setup meetings and discussions
- Ensure the outstation staff as well as HDQ staff ae well trained on the system and are aware of the functionalities of the system
- Coordinate with external software vendors on system activities and performance
- Regularly update the department or team’s objectives, plans, procedures and practices and make appropriate changes if needed

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) automation and interface
- Knowledge of cargo automation systems, support, implementation and training
- Strong project management experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow
