Student Affairs Executive

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a student services or support role within an educational institution.
- Experience in managing internship programs and building relationships with external partners.
- Must be locally available in Qatar and has NOC.
**Skills**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and project management skill with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibly
- Empathy and the ability to provide confidential support to students
- Experience in student affairs or related roles
- Knowledge of the education sector in Qatar is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google and student information systems.
**Job Profile**:
**Internship Program**
- Coordinate and facilitate internship opportunities for students, including liaising with companies and organizations to secure placements.
- Reach out to companies in Doha/Qatar to establish partnerships with the University, fostering relationships and creating opportunities for students.
- Assisting students with training and employability skills to enhance their readiness for an internship.
**Alumni**
- Oversee the development, maintenance and day to day functioning of the alumni new database and web portal for past graduates.
- Maintain an alumni network for past graduates, organizing events, and engaging with alumni to support current students.
- Develop strong student, alumni and staff networks working with key individuals to support and develop strategies for alumni relations activity.
**Student Development**
- Assist in initiatives and programs that promote student engagement, student development and extracurricular involvement.
- Assist with the establishment and growth of clubs, societies and co-curricular activities that cater to diverse student interests.
