- Monitor stock levels and reorder products to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Analyze consumer purchasing behavior to forecast future needs.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all procured products meet the company's quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Handle issues related to defective or substandard products with suppliers.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and procurement reports.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets and payment schedules.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align purchasing strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Liaise with logistics to ensure efficient delivery and storage of goods.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the retail or hypermarket sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
