**Résumé des fonctions**
Communiquer au Chef toute demande d'aide pendant les périodes de rush afin d'assurer un service optimal. Prévenir le responsable si un produit ne répond pas aux spécifications. Vérifier et assurer l'exactitude de la température des appareils et des aliments. Surveiller la quantité de nourriture préparée et les portions servies. Assurer des portions, un dressage et une garniture appropriés pour le service. Servir les aliments dans les portions appropriées et dans le bon récipient. Installer, nettoyer et débarrasser la station de travail. Laver et désinfecter les éléments de la cuisine, notamment les tables, outils, couteaux et équipements. Préparer les ingrédients destinés à être cuisinés, notamment le découpage, le hachage et le stockage. Laver et éplucher les fruits et légumes frais. Préparer et cuisiner les aliments.
Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sûreté et de sécurité de la compagnie ; signaler les besoins d'entretien, les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au responsable ; suivre les formations et certifications sur la sécurité. S’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir tous les clients conformément aux standards de la chaîne. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs. Assurer le respect des exigences et des standards de qualité. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Pouvoir faire des mouvements d’extension et de flexion sur les genoux, notamment se pencher, se tourner, tirer, se baisser. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des charges pesant 12 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
