We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic **Event Coordinator / Sales Manager** to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, from planning to execution, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities and growing business relationships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts for clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Attend meetings and follow up on sales leads, ensuring conversion to successful sales.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fluent in **Arabic**, **English**, and **French** (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in event coordination or sales management (minimum of 3 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience with event planning software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Locally available in Qatar with valid QID
- Can join immediately

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
