Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement across digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using relevant analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity, messaging, and target audience preferences.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, continuously evaluating and recommending new tools, platforms, and techniques to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all digital marketing channels, adhering to established brand guidelines and standards.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to digital marketing activities, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in online digital marketing, with successful campaign development and execution across various digital channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse digital platforms and target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of interpreting data, analyzing performance metrics, and deriving actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a passion for innovation and keeping abreast of industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in eCommerce, technology, or digital agency environments is advantageous.

**Salary**: 5,000 QAR
