Job Description: Sales Executive for Furniture

Position Overview: As a Sales Executive for Furniture, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell furniture products to potential customers. You will represent the company's brand and establish strong relationships with clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for interior design and home furnishings.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Relationship Management:Proactively approach customers, both in-store and via outreach channels, to introduce furniture products and services.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and provide suitable furniture solutions accordingly.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the various furniture products, their features, benefits, and quality standards.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:Stay up-to-date with the latest furniture trends, designs, and industry innovations.
Be knowledgeable about the materials, construction, and manufacturing processes of the furniture items on offer.
Educate customers on the unique selling points of different furniture products to help them make informed purchase decisions.

Sales Targets and Reporting:Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to share with the management.

Sales Presentation and Visual Merchandising:Assist in creating attractive displays and layouts of furniture products in the showroom to maximize visual appeal and enhance the customer experience.
Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives to attract potential customers and boost sales.

Collaboration and Teamwork:Collaborate with the sales team and other departments, such as design and customer support, to provide a seamless customer experience.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the product development and marketing teams to improve product offerings and promotional strategies.

After-Sales Support:Offer after-sales support to customers, assisting with furniture assembly, delivery arrangements, and handling any issues that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the furniture industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A keen eye for design and an understanding of interior decorating principles.
- Familiarity with furniture materials, construction, and industry trends.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and attend off-site events or trade shows when required.
