Human Resources Coordinator

About the role:
In this role, you will provide effective support in administrative and process related tasks within HRBP and Leadership Development activities to ensure adherence to processes, guidelines and timelines. You will also manage the implementation of generalist HR systems and incorporate processes for HIA to ensure HR Employee Services are dispensed effectively and other functional areas within area of responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide effective support in carrying HR admin tasks in line with HR policies to ensure continuous streamlining of internal processes.
- Assisting VP, HR managers in their day to day duties.
- Creating a documentation filing system to ensure the correct archiving of documents in line with HR policies.
- Respond and communicate effectively to queries with regards to employment regulations, policies and procedures to disseminate correct information and first level service to al HIA staff.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up within the department on all action points.
- Supports the business with advice on Human Resource policies, procedures and processes.
- Assist with specific HR related projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the business strategy and leadership goals.
- Manage the files and online database; design and establish a more effective file management system within area of responsibility.
Qualifications
About you:
- High school qualification/Vocational Qualification/Diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with min 2 years of job-related experience.
- Minimum 4 years of job -related experience required.
- Proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of business.
- Good knowledge on essential software for report building and data collections (Eg. MS Office, MS Excel).
- Essential High degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to handle ad hoc projects.
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
