Job Title: Admin cum Accounts
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Accounting Duties:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare invoices and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information.
- Communicate effectively to resolve queries and issues.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma
- Software Proficiency:
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Accounting software proficiency.
