- Recruit, train, and manage café staff to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to address performance, resolve issues, and share feedback.
- **Customer Service**:

- Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Financial Management**:

- Manage the café's budget, monitor daily cash flow, and analyze sales reports.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to increase profitability while maintaining quality.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Innovate strategies to attract new customers and retain loyal patrons.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure the café complies with local health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Regularly inspect the premises to uphold cleanliness and safety protocols.
- **Catering and Special Events**:

- Manage catering services and ensure timely delivery of orders for events.
- Coordinate with clients and the team to deliver a seamless event experience.
- **Technology and Reporting**:

- Utilize café management systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.
- Submit regular performance reports to senior management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in a café or restaurant management role.
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in café management software and POS systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
