Department Head (Female)
- EXPERIENCE IN WEDDING EVENTS' SET UP IS A PLUS

Responsible for supervising all works at the Accessories Unit starting from initial negotiation with client to preparation, installation, and pull-out within the agreed time-frame

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Safety: Ensure worksite safety by following safety guidelines to prevent untoward accidents.

2. Time (Planning): Study and agree on a production timeframe that meets the set monthly schedule.

3. Assigning Teams: Assign skilled personnel and give detailed instructions on how to perform the assigned tasks.

4. Registration Logbook: maintain a logbook for additional of orders and changes of orders.

5. Must be able to read and interpret design plans and extract the accessories components of the project.

6. Prepare samples for presentation on time set by the Senior / In-charge.

7. Take a picture and print an image of the accessories chosen and approved by the client.

8. Request the client to confirm these approved selections by countersigning on the printed image.

9. Make a copy of the signed document and provide a copy to the Designer in charge and the project’s file box located in the HR Office Room.

10. Prepare a material requirements list for every event and submit it for approval of the Senior Producer and Procurement Manager.

11. Maintain monthly planning workflow reports for all events.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,800.00 per month

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
