**About the role**:
As a billing agent you will have to ensure the accurate collection of payment generated from ADHOC flights cash handling. Review and reconcile on a daily basis, liaise with external and internal customers providing high standards of support, with a customer service-oriented attitude and assist team in creating a strong sense of unit.

You will also be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Preparation of the Invoices and to collect the charges from crew in cash, Online gateways or by credit card and tallying of cash/ online gateways /credit card collections with sales and to generate the BATCH Upload report from POS Machine- perform daily transaction & payment processing and reconcile daily cash collection.- Deposit funds in a timely manner to finance department and ensure a cash deposit summary is prepared in timely manner and submitted to finance with a confirmation/ reconciled signature.- Responsible to do the data entry and perform the booking of journal entries in system and bank account reconciliations and record keeping of activities.- Filling and record keeping for deposit slips, cash receipts and other related services.- Ensure no credit facility is given to any customer unless written approval is obtained from Finance.- Prepare daily and monthly reports and Post Flight/GSE charge report on a timely basis.- Ensure availability of the Float money in safe as per the required currency denomination is always available

Qualifications

**About you**:
To be eligible for the role you should be holding a High School Qualification with minimum 1 year of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with No prior job-related work experience with excellent command of both written and spoken English; Focused on deadlines. Have willingness to learn new things in connection to treasury operations.

Knowledge of banking activities and interest in financial and capital markets
