To manage Qterminals storekeeping, inventory, and delivery operations to facilitate delivery of procured goods to concerned user while ensuring preservation and product quality and required standards to provide maximal internal customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all store operations are carried out in an effective and efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
- Train and develop other employees, to ensure succession planning is in place.
- Oversee smooth coordination with the procurement team to coordinate delivery schedule to make sure of presence of required infrastructure and personnel for handover.
- Ensure goods specifications, quality and quantities specified in the Purchase Order are checked, received, and processed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Supervise and approve payment invoices in coordination with the finance department to make sure all payments are completed on time and in compliance with QTerminals policies and procedures.
- Supervise development and monitor the inventory control program in order to confirm the accuracy and completeness of data records and to assist in identifying and resolving anomalies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar discipline.
- Stores management and inventory management related vocational diploma/certification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory and stores management function.
- Good knowledge of Inventory Management tools and techniques, policies, and processes.
- Good knowledge of data collecting and recording methods, tools and related techniques.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems such as Oracle Cloud Fusion, Maximo, etc.
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
- Proficiency in English (must) and Arabic (preferred).
- Ability to work with key stakeholders and external partner/advisors through collaboration and teamwork in a non-hierarchical relationship framework.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Good understanding of Qatar and GCC culture and working environment.
- **THOSE WHO HAVE TRANSFERABLE VISA OR WITH NOC MUST APPLY.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
