About the Role

Responsible for coordinating internal communication process within QAS, administrating applicable software platforms used within Integrated Management System and developing & implementation of Emergency Response and Business Continuity. This role is responsible for communication of airline updates, safety communication, work Instructions, Toolbox Talks and distribution of manuals for QuEST

Operational:

- Develops and optimises QAS Internal Communication system in collaboration with internal and external stakeholder to ensure efficient delivery, understanding, knowledge retention and reduction in unnecessary information.
- Manages the Business Continuity Program within QAS in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainable operation in case of disruptions, equipment / facilities failures, etc.
- Provides support for external and certification audits by coordinating the schedule, ensuring management availability when required and providing escort in coordination with the auditing teams to ensure smooth execution of the audits.
- Coordinate with Training team in maintaining the records associated with the training plan and training in general to make sure that QAS remains in compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Ensures that training plan and records are kept up to date in collaboration with Training team to make sure that QAS remains in compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Oversee collaborate with Support Team to ensure that all documentation is kept up to the required standard, minutes of applicable meeting are published and all actions are tracked to ensure timely completion.
- Ensures efficient administration of applicable software platforms together with IT Team to maintain efficient operation of those systems.
- Ensure smooth operation and compliance with relevant policies such as Contracts and Procurement processes applicable to QuEST in collaboration with contracts and procurement team.
- Manages internal communication process in collaboration with Line Management and external stakeholders to ensure continuous and timely promulgation of all inbound and outbound communication.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

**Qualifications**:
About You
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 7 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience

Essential
- Excellent command of written and spoken English language
- Thorough knowledge of Emergency Response and Business Continuity methodologies
- Understanding of external auditing process and associated requirements
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members

Preferred
- Knowledge of QAS software platforms. (Safety Tracker, Quality Tracker, MyPath, QICS, etc.)
- Knowledge of video editing principles and methodologies.
